Periodico di Mineralogia follows a rigorous peer-review process to ensure the originality, quality, and academic integrity of published research. All submitted manuscripts are evaluated by qualified experts to maintain high standards of scientific publication.

Types of Research Papers

Original Articles

Original research articles should present new and carefully verified findings. Experimental methods and research procedures should be described in sufficient detail to allow other researchers to validate and reproduce the work. Manuscripts should provide clear interpretation and discussion of the research outcomes.

Short Communications

Short Communications should present concise research findings of significant interest. These manuscripts should include an abstract and appropriate references. The recommended structure includes sections such as Introduction, Materials and Methods, Results and Discussion, and Conclusion.

Review Articles

Review Articles and perspectives covering current and emerging topics are encouraged. Authors should submit review manuscripts in MS Word format through email as an attachment.

Manuscript Preparation Guidelines

Manuscripts must be prepared in MS Word format only. Charts, tables, and diagrams should be provided in MS Excel or MS Word format, while images should be submitted in JPG format with maximum possible resolution. All manuscripts should be typed using Times New Roman font, size 12 points, with single line spacing.
